I haven't even downloaded the (pre?) Christmas DLC. I think I want to wait until they come out with the snow update.

The snow probably won't come until Christmas Day like last year. I really hope it lasts longer though, I hardly had a chance to enjoy it. I'd really like to get a chance to experience it on PS4 too.

The new Flight School was horrible. Who in their right mind would force you to fly a twitchy plane (Besra) in a formation and perform loops with ZERO flying skill? As for the shooting range mission with the Buzzard, the damn helicopter can't stay still because, once again, ZERO flying skill. I worked my way up to 100% skill so I could fly smoothly, and they just take that away for the missions, making some of them almost impossible to complete. You know, at 100% skill, they should just remove turbulence altogether! Make it like helicopters in GTA IV. That was good.
 
I did it at 60 and moved up to 80 while doing the ground clearence Besra flying thing.

It takes practice. I always fly low so I'm used to it.

I got screwed over last year. It didn't start untill later in the day. On Christmas Eve. When people begin doing Christmas Eve things. I'd imagine you got it worse.
 
Uh oh. The new Jester race car is starting to be a everyday noob's car. Like seriously now, all of the sticky bombers are rolling in that car. God what are you doing to that poor NSX 5 year olds???!!!! :scared:

I don't recall whether or not they gave specific days for it, but the snow will last for more than one day.
 
I love the fact that we can now have three properties. I've been wanting to buy a house out at Paleto Bay and now I have! Now I just have to transport my Sandkings there so I can use them offroad more. I don't know how I can fit 6 cars in the garage, looks like a single garage lol.
 
Same problem here. Three special crates picked up and none of the special tops have worked. This happened to me last time they had specials too.

GTA Online servers were having some big issues during the night, they are all back up now so any new crates you collect should save no problem.

A few posts ago I thought it said snow was coming on the 23rd.
 
So uhh... I just finished a race in 1st, literally neck-and-neck with some other guy. It then tells me I came 11th, gives me $1k, and then I appear on the winning screen and win the bet I placed. When it actually gets to the leaderboard, apparently I simultaneously came 1st and 15th. :lol:

OK GTA... OK...

EDIT: Also, R* really need to do something about people going passive in the High Priority Vehicle. You can't shoot them you can't blow them up, you can't even pull them out of it. It's bloody ridiculous. I'm currently dealing with one right now.

EDIT 2: And he was 🤬 able to deliver it, thanks to some idiot in a Buzzard blowing the blockade I created up.

If I recall the snow came for me in the early hours of Christmas Day. I was still awake then (watching for Santa of course :sly:) so I got a chance to enjoy it for a couple of hours but throughout Christmas Day I didn't get a chance.
 
As much as I Like the look of the SlamVan, I'm glad I chose the Rat Truck, the SlamVan was horrid to drive in Single player. I tipped over while braking into a turn.:lol:

I find the Rat-Loader and Rat-Truck to be great drifters. I only have engine lvl 2 and some other low level mods installed, but that thing is amazing.

I bought the Slamvan, I just need to drive it now and see how it handles.
