Went back into GTA Online and had my money for about 3 seconds before it all disappeared. The hair cut I got is there and the bounty I had when I originally logged in today is back. For a little bit, though, no races or any online missions were showing up.
 
I just hope we don't get 2 days of people whinning if peoples stuff disappears, when they new full well the servers are messed up, yet keep forcing the issue of logging in. If the cloud is down and you log in anyway and lose your stuff ITS YOUR FAULT. :dunce:

I find this a problem with races with catch up on. It almost becomes a thing of luck when catchup is on because it works for EVERYONE that is below first place, this is where a little ramming is needed to secure position (for a bit lol).

I think I've participated in one race that didn't have catch-up enabled where I wasn't hosting. Pretty awful.

I was in a room with GTP_APEX and 2 other guys from here (sorry can't remember there name), we were having a bunch of fun. I got an invite from a friend to do a mission - he's new so I try to help - when it was done, It wouldn't let me find the GTPL room again but instead put me in a friends room. This make me believe your friends list has more priority, my advice add GTPL people to your friends list.

I was there trying to figure out what you guys were doing.
The police cars coming from everywhere and my character hanging on the side of GTP_Apex's sheriff car.

Unfortunately I couldn't use my mic in the room because my wife was sleeping.
 
As soon as I'm able to connect online I'll be hosting a racegrinding session.
So far I got the message saying the cloud servers are down and wasn't even able to start a crew only session (greyed out).
Restarting GTA V now...
 
I've been having a single player weekend so far, finishing off the collectables and what not. If these cloud problems continue, looks like I might as well get a load more wrapped up.

I haven't been able to get in any jobs today because I get errors when doing so. If they start working again, I'll be in on this.

Gonna just mess around in a solo session looking for rare cars.
Edit: Just got slapped in the face with the wonderful "ALERT: The Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later." screen.
There's nothing on the Support page on Rockstar's website about this whole situation.

No, because it's the update that's doing this, so they're hardly going to hold their hands up and say we 🤬 up until they've fixed it.

I knew something odd was happening last night when it kept saying "Saving Failed. The Rockstar Cloud Servers Are Unavailable Right Now." whenever I completed a mission or saved a car in my garage.
Indeed you are correct about the update, as fans are speaking out right now (albeit very angry fans).

That same room was the one where I found out spraying police cars with a fire truck counts as attacking them.
But that room turned from biking up chilliad to having a shoutout with the cops.

They really went all out with the fire truck's hose, since spraying another player in the head will instantly kill them. :lol:
