They didn't specify which content. They did say this.

Some of the other updates such as the upgrade content detailed above are being designed exclusively as a reward for returning players so those will not be released on the previous versions; however do stay tuned for more updates to be made available for Grand Theft Auto Online across all platforms and we’ll have more information on that soon.

All get used, though only the Akuma and Hexer are used regularly.

The Bati sounds too much like a bumble-bee in a biscuit tin.

I just had an odd glitch happen with my license plate. It's supposed to look like this:

But a few minutes ago I specifically went on GTA just to take a picture of my license plate and it looked like this:

If anyone's wondering, I made the Chopper plate way back when GTA V first came out. It's supposed to remind you of Chop the Dog.

Spawned into a GTA Online session next to a special crate, and claimed the 5K bounty of a guy trying to get the crate as well (Language)

Do I have to restart my entire game when setting a new crew color? This is getting annoying. I keep joining and exiting online, all to have the same annoying color pop up. I've set the color correctly and saved it, but it's not changing to the shade I want.
