Those proximity mines are amazing. They don't de-spawn(I thought sticky bombs de-spawned after they were out of your texture), and they are perfect for 'tactical kills'.:sly:;)

I was playing the Sandy Shores survival with @xXKingJoshXx and decided to use the proximity mines for the first time in a spot where the hillbillies usually creep up on me. I put two down and suddenly they both exploded. I guess they don't get along with each other?

Tactics 101

Rule #8 Never put mines next to each other. :p

So uhh... I just finished a race in 1st, literally neck-and-neck with some other guy. It then tells me I came 11th, gives me $1k, and then I appear on the winning screen and win the bet I placed. When it actually gets to the leaderboard, apparently I simultaneously came 1st and 15th.

OK GTA... OK...

TIL Edwin Schrödinger is still alive and works for Rockstar.

Do you ever just GTA so hard you become a man?

I haven't played with randoms on the new update yet. How bad are rooms now with the guided missile?

I'm worried that I'll never be able to fly a Titan through the city again now. Can we just go back to the days of dumbasses taking potshots at my big plane with their little SMGs and assault rifles?

They aren't really accurate unless they're standing still or the missiles don't have to do a lot of turning.

Gotta love it when you're minding your own business and someone comes and sticky bombs you and then you kill them until they rage quit.

They are also helpful for shooting assholes on mountainsides in cars, as I found earlier.

I tried the Homing Launcher, and it's fun to use. It not only free-fires, but it locks on, on every vehicle. (I thought it was going to be like the weapon in Battlefield that only locks on to air stuff)

@Katiegan I am not proud of what I just did.... three times....

But ye, I had to go sorry guys. Fun times though 👍

I think you know now that Buzzards and Annihilators do not mix.

After 2 hours of playing contact missions back to back and a survival, all I have managed to scrape up is $133k. And Rockstar wonders why people hack and glitch...

Around $200k, making that $100k an hour. Sounds reasonable to me.

Sure, but it's pushing it a bit really. Before the payout balancing patch that would be easy, in fact probably double in an hour would be easy. Money, while it is easy to make is not a quick process these days, I spend several hours a day to earn what I earn. I take advantage of every chance the game gives to earn you money, I have a 10 car garage full of Ballers ready to sell, at the minute there are numerous HPV and Armored vehicles dropping in solo sessions, all are easy money. I would avoid survivals, they are not too bad if you are a low level but for higher levels you can earn much more by playing regular missions.

I get your point, but it shouldn't have to be this hard. If Rockstar actually gave things reasonable prices, it would be more enjoyable to earn money because you wouldn't be spending two or three days just trying to save enough for a tank. It's this lengthy process that encourages the hackers and glitchers. It's not even as if the Shark Cards are value for money either. £65 for $3 million? GT6 gives you more than double that for half the price.

That last time I 🤬 up it pissed me off. The map showed a red blip off to the rigt, while the blue blip was off the left. I locked on to the one on the right, and whoopti-🤬-do! Sal 🤬 his team over yet again.

Also I made about $70k when I left. $20k shy of refilling all of my ammo.

I agree, Online stuff is shockingly expensive and the whole shark card thing is a very cynical deliberate practice solely for the purpose of lining R* pockets for no effort at all. And for that reason I would rather earn money than buy a shark card because that's what they want, I would never cheat to earn money simply because it wouldn't be worth losing my account.
