The thing about the Stinger is that it's made for real car aficionados. Mainly because it's performance is questionable and requires skill, but it sounds amazing.
 
As some of you know i recently asked R* about the lack of smuggler planes/lester distractions and simeon cars since the new update.
They did respond asking me to delete the latest update and re download it. I replied asking how you delete it.

I got another response today saying that i need to delete ALL the game data and re download it. There is no way i can go through that download. With the speed of my internet here it'll no doubt take about 24 hours!

Wouldn't it be nice if they could release a new small update or hot fix to correct this stuff instead of forcing people to try something that may not work.

They could, but that would require effort. Plus, why would they want players to actually make money online instead of buying it? :P

I have yet to play the Pacific Standard Finale. First it would fail to download. Now after the recent update, it says Rockstar Game Services are unavailable or some other excuse. It appears to be a common problem.
 
Try hanging out in a lobby for a while (like an hour or so) and see if anything shows up. If not, that you have some strange problem.

But doing that is much too hard for them to do since Rockstar relies on idiots (like myself) that will play their garbage ass game even though they complain about it. They also want people to shell out money for Shark Cards by nerfing mission payouts and wonder why there is a huge problem with people exploiting money glitches and using modded money.

They're giving you the runaround. Chasing ghosts. The spawns have been reduced, intentionally, for everyone. In the past 20 hours of gameplay(the past 5 days or so) I've seen two smuggler plane/helicopter spawns. This appears to be the same as what others are reporting elsewhere. If you've been playing that long since the update and seen none at all, perhaps there is an issue. Otherwise, I don't believe there is a problem with your game files or anything else, and you're just experiencing what is now the programmed spawn cycle post-IGG2 update. I can't say that I'm surprised at the response given R*'s history of denial and/or just circumventing direct questions, but the true answer to your support ticket should read something closer to "There is no problem; you are experiencing the current default spawn frequency."

If you are experiencing other issues with the game, then perhaps you should delete and reload the game files, but if it is only that you are not seeing the smuggler aircraft spawns as frequently as you had a week ago; there is no problem to fix.
 
So ive just been on the social club and added about 10 stunt races. I'm going to add them to a play list and play them at about an hour from now. If anyone would like to join send me an FR (m8h3r) and ill invite you in. The more people the better it'll be! Friends of friends welcome.
 
I don't mind the reduced frequency, 1 a day, 2 a day or whatever. It's just that for me, i'm not getting any of those little side tasks show up at all. even the most basic one, the Simeon car list or high priority vehicles. Nothing.

I don't expect 20 smuggler planes an hour or none stop ways to get easy money. It'd just be nice that the advertised content (a lot like GT6 and it's track maker) were actually there.

As for gamers not knowing what they want, I couldn't disagree more. Gamers know exactly what the want, what they get is a totally different matter though.

You can't please everyone i agree, but if the vast majority of GTA players want a certain realistic feature or function to work then you can assume that is what R* should be looking at. Please the majority as it's the majority that keep giving them ridiculous amounts of money.

But that's me, i may have a rather rose tinted look at how these things should work. I want what i pay for and that every subsequent update is an improvement on the previous, not to suddenly find lots of features gone and all kinds of other things "Not as advertised".

If you have a team of people talented enough to make a game in the first place then surely they're talented to keep it working? hehe

But what i will agree to is that maybe i do need to delete the game files and re download them.....i'd rather not have to do that when R* could release a small patch to correct it as i'm sure i'm not the only one this is happening to.

Captures! Seriously. Nobody plays these, and we even have to do a specific type of one. Fun indeed. If anyones online within the next hour on PS3, I'll be shelling out invites to anyone online.

Ah, sorry. Just finished; after a few minutes of waiting, a random joined and got it done, but thanks, though. 👍

So today, I found a hardtop tornado crusing around in East LS. I've been wanting one for awhile, so I promptly took it and made is my personal vehical, with a nice black paint on it. As I was driving back tk my apartment in Del Perro, I discovered a Vagos owned Tornado. Figuring that that one woulf have some use in the future, I swapped the two out. So now, I have a gang modified Tornado that spawns the other gang modified cars, and as a bonus, it's a hard top! Pretty nice win-win situation.

A game that is not broken should be a given, nobody wants a broken product. I was meaning more in terms of the changes people want to make to the game like dlc and new content. The casino for example, more heists, more vehicles.

Talking about Tornados. I got myself a nice hard top one about 3 weeks ago. Matte red and a Matte White hood. Looks pretty sweet.
 
So someone on the GTA Forums found information on the next update in the files, titled simply as 'LOW'.

We had the High Life update, Low Life maybe?

Vehicles.

There's a lot of duplicate vehicles here followed by a number. These could either be temporary place-holders for a completely new vehicle that hasn't yet been allocated that slot. Though its possible, albeit more likely in fact, that these are very different variants of the vehicles we already have, cars like the Sabre had multiple generations, the GT of which is only in the game.
 
If the information is true, please, please let the Slamvan3 be the Panel van that the Lost have Rockstar.
