That's good. All mine I can do on my own today so I think I'll just grind a couple of missions.

Yeah, it's a bit of a shame that it's useless and there isn't a proper way to create car soccer minigames.

Anyway, I got a $100k award along with the $25k for consistently completing my daily objectives. However, I did not receive my $500k rebate yet. :scared:
 
So a couple of questions about the unlocks for the free chrome wheels:

1. The set that requires you to kill 100 enemies while wearing night vision, do the enemies have to be a specific type, or any enemies you encounter? (Gang Attacks, Missions, etf.)

1B. Do you have to have the night vision function ON?

2. The set that has you win 50 LTS matches, is it a full match as in a full game, or just a single round out of a game?

1 Any npcs..i killed cops during missions
2 yes
3 Still unsure about this one.

What were you using for the ball and where was the event going to be located? The soccer field in Mirror Park or somewhere else?

The ball was going to be a Panto and the arena was built in the airport. The football pitch would've been too small for 5 Insurgents.

I would, but I'm worried about the glitches people have been complaining about like being unable to lose the police and all this other terrible stuff with the Velum. I'd be fine with flying the Velum; all I have to do is just stay in the city, so the AI Lazer won't kill me, right?

No, you fly behind the Lazer. The AI is ludicrously dumb.

1)Its somewhat glitched I think - I did a gang attack with night vision on, killing army guys and they counted.
2) Yeah

The 5 star glitch with the Velum appears to have been fixed with the Ill Gotten Gains pt 1 update. I've done a few Prison Break finales and losing the cops were quite easy now.

I'm just a bit worried because police choppers always spawn directly in front of you, facing you. I know that you can fly behind the AI Lazer, but should I just stay in the city while the Buzzard pilot kills the Lazers?

Not really. My Buzzard never even kills them. Just lets me fly behind them until it's time to land.

I think someone said that if you stay in the city, the Lazers won't appear or something along those lines. Unless it was patched in the IGG1 update.

You can't stay in the city with the Velum. There is a set point the pilot must reach and a timer countdown that requires you to reach Paleto Bay or the Heist will fail.

The police choppers don't even spawn until after the jets leave. If you pay attention to the map, the police helicopters won't even be a problem.
 
We can't fly behind Lazers anymore?

Because that's like the way my brother did his part when he was pilot. And it worked superbly.
 
Another thing I do when I am the pilot is lure the fighter jet to the Buzzard. When I used to do that with friends, I'd always fly in a circle around the Buzzard so that the Demolitions guy always had quick access to take down the jet. I'd fly behind it if I got there before the Buzzard got there and then circle the Buzzard when it got to the airfield.
 
Which is how R* intended with how they work. But to me, two aircraft coming closer to one another is a recipe for disa-BOOM!

Anybody want to collaborate to win rally races?

I'm thinking 3 people total from GTplanet. One lobby. Each team lets the other win one race so that all four of us can get the stupid trophy. This is the stupidest game mode in the game, but I'd really like to unlock the metal paint respray.
