Patch 1.09 notes:
- Removed tracker functionality for all cars except the Dilettante. All other cars have been removed from player garages.
- Fixed a glitch where the mechanic would deliver cars sometimes.
- Cash and RP payout for all jobs cut by 90%.

- Fixed an issue where players were able to have fun with GTA Online.
- Fixed an issue where low level players did not have a Rhino Tank

Yeah we're just messing around. Typical Rockstar messing things up rather than fixing them. :lol:
As for the update, it's unclear as to when it'll actually go live. I'm going to safely assume late this week or early next week. It's about time for a new update.

The updates usually come out on Tuesday so looks like next week. My guess since it didn't come out today. I honestly thought we would have had an update today. Most of their next patch will probably involve fixing patches with the Christmas clothes not being removed properly.
 
Great, now I can get rid of all my race cars for the event I'm in and go back to having 10 Adders to sell when they do get rid of the $$$

Also, does anyone know what happens if you have zero cash and you have to pay your mechanic/apartment rent? Do you actually get kicked out of your apartment and your mechanic leaves?

Your water gets cut and your mechanic won't deliver your cars.

Update 1.07 fixed the Mechanic problems. As long as he picks up the phone and says "What you need boss? Some wheels?" or something along those lines, he'll deliver your car first shot.
