Also, is anyone having issues with it after calling Pegasus? If I leave from my Del Perro Heights apartment to pick it up, it's supposedly on the map at Vespucci Police Station. I get to the police station and it's suddenly moved 4 miles north right outside Fort Zancudo in the middle of a gang attack.

I'm having the same issue. I haven't tried it with any other Pegasus vehicles but it appears that the Vespucci Police Station can't spawn the The Liberator.

They're pretty much AI bounties. Lester calls you from time to time about them.
