That would be awful for demolition derbies with people that don't know how demolition derbies don't work. "NO NEW CARS!" apparently doesn't mean jack to them.

I'm not seeing the option to turn wanted levels on for DMs in either the lobby menu or the creator menu.

I swear I have seen videos where they have a deathmatch going on and people were getting 5-star wanted levels. I know you could do that in GTA IV. I thought you could do that in V.

You can do it in races. Are you sure they weren't doing GTA races?
