Interesting tire strategy Jerome. a 2 stopper with Softs i assume. Myself i'm getting very good wear on RMs, but the Toyota Supra is notoriously bad on tires. curse me and my company loyalty!

Well, I'm off until tomorrow night. Celebrating a friend's birthday in the city.
 
I'll get my times to ya later tonight Chris. I have a good one saved but I'm looking for .2 seconds a lap faster. Gonna give it a few more goes. Don't party too much in the city:)
 
I have no races for tonight, don't know what to do, probably work the Licenses that's always good practice. Maybe we'll get our results and our next race tonight.

Moral code won't let me submit it, and was I making a last ditch effort that was even better, but when I went into the pits the game decided that I didn't want to change to softs for the last 6 laps. What I really wanted to do was not only fuel up but stay on mediums, it thought, even though I was wanting to repeat my 1'12.0xx fastest lap from a previous attempt on softs (or better it):grumpy:

Neil that 1'12. is a typo correct?...I hope, no it has to be! I 'm fairly sure you're not running 10 seconds a lap faster then I am....are you?

One more thing, if you didn't draw a pen why not submit. To be honest I could have touched a wall on my run...I don't think so but I couldn't swear on it.

1'12.0xx?:odd: Are you sure thats not your fastest time in Group C?

touching a wall is OK if you don't incur a penalty, it happens in long events. If the moral code prohibits you from submitting OK.

After all, the real season starts tonight.

Been being a little numerically dyslexic lately!

And to be honest with you guys, I hit the wall pretty heavily, and was extremely lucky that it didn't pull a pen. In reality I would probably have ripped the right-hand front wheel off, and it didn't feel right to submit that time.

In retrospect, I could have. But I would have felt guilty about it.

Starting to get better. My fever is coming down to a 100'. Not able to do this one. Well at least its just testing. So no bad on me this time.

I would have gotten second place with my dirty race, and fastest lap by a mile!

I don't feel as bad as I would, if I had submitted. At least I know where I stand in the lists now.
Seems I have found my mojo again!

Well, it looks like I have to step it up a bit. This'll be a close championship. Say TK, Whats the status in Group C? Results up yet?
 
For the results, I made 2 stops not 1 as I was using RS's to try to ensure better control of the car and more consistent lap times 👍 GL in the season guys! We'll see how this penalty goes....

Damn lapped AI, they went straight into me on the last corner...spun a couple meters from the finish line! Didnt have anymore time to do another race...luckily only preseason...
 
Nice job Laz and Chris. Damn you Laz, every time I look at a race result your name is always above mine. It's going to be an interesting series. It's all gonna come down to who has HP and Weight restrictions at the wrong time. Sorry, congrats to you 500 guys, I knew Jerome would stir up the pot a bit.

Well, considering the HP penalty for missing the sign-up deadline, plus the fact that I'm struggling to make the time for this right now, I will have to gracefully bow out of this season :(

Good luck to all. Sorry to those who wanted to challenge me for my Drivers Title from last season, but I guess I'll just hang onto it ;) Besides, we all know it would've been nice for Michael Schumacher to have retired as champion :p :trouble:

Hopefully things will be more peaceful in RL by the time the next season starts...

Uncrush the .MAX save onto your memorycard, and it'll show up.
