This is what was left of the poor Honda driver, oRaceTuned's, white Honda.

On lap 5 of the first race of Round 4 at Trial Mountain, during a GTTCC race, oRaceTuned had a slow puncture on the left front which caused his car to understeer at turn 7. oRaceTuned was reportedly "too concentrated to notice" says Honda Racing chief engineeer.

Race enginners noticed something wrong when oRaceTuned started to drift too wide on the exit of the corners, and before they could do anything about it, he crashed.

oRaceTuned was scheduled to pit on lap 5 to solve the problem but at turn 7 he didn't make it round.

The white Honda, ran wide at turn 7 after suffering a puncture and hit the mountain side which was not protected from a barrier. oRaceTuned was reported unconscious by nearby marshals who had rushed to help.

The yellow flag was brought out in that area, controversially as some drivers would have liked the race to stop.

oRaceTuned was immediately rushed to the hospital 8 kilometers away to be treated. He is currently in Intensive Care and is recovering well from his injuries.

I am confused, too. I thought only two were able to score points for the team scores?

three can score for team, except only 2 highest will count
 
you can have 3 drivers in the team, but only the 2 highest scorers of those 3 count for that round.

If paul returns then it will be 3 v 3 for OF and swift, but hopefully DPR's gremlins are gone
 
Mine was about the same as above, not consistently though... :(
 
Done some 47.9s yesterday so hopefully can do that in quali and avoid some of the midpack mayhem going into that first corner.

As i didnt complete the final race last week does that mean i dont have any HP loss tomorrow ??

Race 1 of each event has HP penalties of champ standings
 
Hopefully will be on this evening if anyone's free

@buck1 only the top 5 in the championship get the penalty for race 1 so you'll be fine 👍
 
I've only had enough time for a little practice session about 20 mins ago, and been tweaking the car a bit to find some balance. I did a 48.83 offline, but that was with Sports Medium tyres on. I'm expecting the drop off in performance online to mimic having SM's on, but if it don't, I shouldn't be any slower than that.

Well first you need SS tyres lol ;)
 
Start from the minute I get up tomorrow there will be a room open for anyone who would like to get some solid testing done before the races.
 
I finish work at 6 today so I will rush home as quick as poss.

A very weird night, we've dropped from 14 to 6 runners. Race 1 was 🤬 and no idea race 2, car wouldn't go ovr 8mph :(
