I'm willing to guess that a good chunk of people here only know about the Midget from Gran Turismo, that alone makes it seriously uncool.

Apologies in advance, but I didn't subscribe to Super Premier Meter-Maid Monthly until October 1997.

Wouldn't mind one for hauls to Lowe's or Home Depot, but the bed seems bit too shallow and the lift gate height too short, to keep anything held down without a lot of straps.

Meh Candy Bar with chunks of uncool and cool.
 
Had a hard time deciding what to vote. In the end, I think it's incredibly awesome and stupid at the same time.

So: Meh.

It wouldn't be my daily driver, but I would definitely be having more fun in it than someone driving a bigger piece of crap.
 
Most certainly one of the more interesting models that Daihatsu put out.

Uncool. Not a Suzuki Mighty Boy.
