Compared to it's wild supercharged sister Holden Gen-F GTS (and Vauxhall VXR8 for UK markets), the SS looks tamer and underpowered against them.

The initial edition was just barely cool, but adding a stick and Magnaride makes it so much better. A worthy successor to the G8 GXP now, it is solidly cool. Although, it could use an LT1...

Some people like to vote on the car based on what it could be/what people do to it, which makes little sense to me but I guess that's the way they want to vote.

Classic example of a car that looks great in photos but really dull in real life. I saw one at Cars and Coffee and didn't even register that it was there until I walked past it for the third time. GM could have made a good car, but their true colours showed and it's very definitely uncool.

I don't think you'll manage to turn an ordinary Chevy SS into a NASCAR.

It's a meh from me, its name lets itself down - at least they aren't selling it in Germany.

Unfortunately, it's not, and NASCAR has became significantly less cool.

I absolutely loooooove the VF Commodore, however this particular one is inevitably Uncool, almost Seriously so for one simple reason:

"Chevy badge gives ya an extra 50kW mate!"
