GTP Fan-Made Music Video Thread

Once GT5 comes out my friends and I plan to make some incredible music videos. We have someone here who built a rig just for HD video editing.

I'll post more details later but we will need other racers to be a part of these videos. It's not like the team drifting videos you see for other games, it'll just be straight up racing between good racers and with cars with great livery work on it. We'll create a new PSN ID for this purpose and give that out in a month or so if you want to be a part of it.

We want to make vids that will amaze people who aren't even into videogames and make them want to buy a PS3 with GT5 on the spot.

Sounds cool, how could I become a part of it? (If it means creating a new PSN account, I may be less inclined. However, if it just means joining you racing "clan", as Kaz said there would be in GT5, then I'd definitely do it.)

Nice rain effects. BTW, what do you use to make your videos and/or where can I get effects like that?

I used adobe after effects. Alot of the effects I've learnt through tutorials and experimenting.

I don't think anyone likes our videos lol.

Take my advice despite not recieving any comments for my videos don't ask members for their comments. If they like them then they will say so, if not then they obviously weren't impressed.

I've come to the conclusion it doesn't matter anyway. For example I love painting using water colours but they are often rubbish and im embarassed to show them. However it doesn't matter because I enjoy doing it and thats the same for making GT5 trailers.

Edit: Something like this (gives you goosebumps)

^^ This would be awesome to use if you slowed down some of the footage due to it being so long, but the song slows up @1:10 and @3:00, then peaks and breaks loose so you could do some really cool stuff with it. Maybe even mix some real life footage in it? If anyone could make a video with this song I'll love you long time. Actually I will give you preorder cars or even some PSN games if you make it decent enough. (this video is using bad quality sound though)

It wasn't until I started uploading to youtube that I realised I used the wrong song. When I think of Top gun I always think of the song I used but then I read your post again lol.
