GTP Fan-Made Music Video Thread

Yeah, I use MovieMaker for all my videos too. Extremely, extremely frustrating to use for certain reasons. The thing the bothers me the most is that it lags in some cases, especially for slowed down or reversed video, or if you have many different clips, and it makes it very difficult to edit when you can't see what is playing at the right speed and the right frames at the right time.

From what I hear it takes alot of paitence aswell.Just seen a video (GT5)and the song used is what I liked about it remmember the GTPSP ending ,there is a very short GT5 promo with the new version of "Moon over the castle",can't wait for the full version of it although I don't really like Opera and I much prefer the GT2 version :drool:
 
Yeah, previewing transitions of clips can and will result in large amounts of lagging, the following clip being completely ignored, your computer crashing, and the 3 minute video you have been perfecting for hours to suddenly dissappear from existance.

Although, auto-recover does bring back the first 3 clips you were working with. Just not how you left them. :grumpy:

Nice to see I'm not the only one that uses WMM. As frustraiting as it can be at times, its the only financially feasible thing I can use as I simply can't afford the higher end equipment from Sony or Adobe. Plus, theres a big community around it thats constintly adding new features to it that allows you to have soem of the same effects that those same higher end programs have. One I just got myself is rewind :D

I have actually come to this thread to tell you guys about a fan made video using this song ,sadly lilmann your video is a million miles better :sly:👍,Fantastic mate now asusual I must ask for the MP4 HD download link ,I am actually thinking of buying a news harddrive when I get the money to fit in all of your great videos on the PS3.

That was really well done. Nice choice in song. It started really well, and kept strong for a while, however, near the end it started to get a bit weaker. I guess its an old one though, and with all the new clips Im sure you can make better!

All I can say is chills man, it gave me chills. I loved how you added real life clips and audio at the begenning. Awesome work 10/10.
Edit: I would love to see what you could come up with, with some of the new footage that has been shown/E3 trailer.
Alot of you guys have some real talent making some of these videos.

I am trying to get a preview clip but Adobe Encore CS5 is killing me right now. For some reason it won't let me encode/publish what I am working on. Ugh. My new video is a good deal shorter but has a LOT of cuts... so that is why it is taking so long.

That happens to me A LOT in WMM. What I did was publish it about 5 to 10 clips at a time, then put those together and publish a final one.

In case anyone wants to know I get 99% of my footage through youtube. I use "Free Studio: Free Youtube Download". I then sort the youtube videos by HD and then at the end of the URL I add "&fmt=22", then copy the URL into the program and boom I get a file of the youtube. The quality could be better though.

I agree the same way, in a video the song is what makes the video, also it has to be the right song, you never hear Hip Hop in any trailers its always classics and Rock/Alternative. Any who great video, keep it up.👍

No problem.. Thats long though, I lurked around for 2 months, no where near 1 year.. and yes, Its one of the best forum site in general, People know how to act... Never the less, Ive only been here (Signed up) for about 4 months.
 
Hi guys. Excellent videos.

This may be slightly off topic, but it is a GT video.

But, In the news section JUST after E3 , there was a video that started of with an Impreza rally car on a bridge, then went on to show Super GT at the Nordschliefe. The music was one of the soundscape (I think) songs on youtube.

I really cannot find that video any more, Does anyone have a link?
