Found 1 more GZR car to add to my list.

The "Art Morrison Corvette'60". It fails to populate in the dealer search for cars older than 1972 because there is no space between Corvette and '60 (game bug).

This car qualifies for a tuning prohibited lobby, Though PD may indeed disqualify it for a stock Seasonal TT as they have access to filter parameters we lowly users do not in the lobbies.

My intention was to alert us Geezers, the normal dealer search will fail to include this car in a search for Unlimited-1971 cars unless you also leave the "Include Cars from Unknown Years" checked.

I'll add these, less the '73 Pozzi to the list I'm building. I was hesitant to do so previously as there is no year data in the name ie '66, '69 etc. like the Art Morrison. If the Pozzi is officially accepted I'll certainly add it.

after much messing about with cars this week i have decided we will run the
Toyota Celica Gt four Rally Car (st205) 95. Fully tuned, free choice of tyres.
The Suzuki Sx4 is too slow even with a Geezer Hooligan behind the wheel.

The tracks will be as follows.

1 Midfield raceway 👍👍👍

2 Trial Mountain 👍👍👍

3 Madrid reverse 👍👍👍

It looks like Geezer1791 has been released by the Hooligans after the ransom was paid, ($1.00)

My wife called yesterday and informed me I got a Fedex package from the Turtle Beach folks. Great! Got my headset back. Opened box and saw a big X behind the Stealth 500. Got sent the wrong headset (XBox One model). I just found out the're about 75 dollars more expensive than my TB500P. If I don't get a prompt response to my email, I'll post this set online, sell the thing and start over. PMallard

Will be missing today's festivities, riding to Knoxville TN to look @ a prospective Cessna 172 with my SIL. Looked @ a 152 last night. Enjoy in my absence! May the hooligans find them selves invisible to the bobbies and maximize their mayhem!

news just in,

The Hooligans met at an un-named track in the countryside today
no injuries were reported, but this reporter has heard unoficially that they will be spreading mayhem in London next weekend.
The police when they heard this news said in a statement, a serious crime has taken place at the police station and we would not be attending next weeks London event.
When asked about the crime at the police station a spokesperson said, "somebody has stolen our toilets."
Asked if there was any evidence the same spokesperson said, "at the moment we have nothing to go on."
Police also said where the toilets were, was a hole, they are looking into it.
Anybody want to buy a slightly second hand Sambabus?

Flaming blue ray drive gave up the ghost this am, so downloaded gt6 now installing updates.
Taking such a long time i'm taking bets as to whether it will be ready for Christmas, note i didn't say which christmas.

Do I get any prize winnings for a ninth-place finish?

My DFGT wheel is showing its age (what else would you expect from a Geezer wheel?;):lol:) and doesn't always give me 100% throttle and it sometimes applies the brakes even after they are released, so I guess its time for a new wheel and any prize-winnings could go towards the new wheel.:D

Driving the Fiat 500 around Eifel with 95% throttle and phantom brake applications certainly slows me down!:lol:

I see that Thrustmaster has just come out with a lower priced wheel, the T150. Is anyone using this wheel?

I was expecting to buy either Thrustmasters T300 wheel or the new Logitech G29 wheel for when we transition to the PS4, but I guess the time for a new wheel has come sooner than that! Is anyone using either of these two wheels and have any suggestions about which they prefer?

Hello GTsail,

I have a G27 that has done the same thing although at different times. From what I gather the fix is the same on a GFGT. The problem lies in a very inexpensive but unavailable part (Logitech won't sell them). It is the potentiometers in the pedals. They become glitchy after a couple of years use. I found this link showing how to clean the faulty parts. I've done the procedure on my brake pedal some time back, and more recently the accelerator pedal. I recommend taking photos and marking the parts to make sure they go back together like they should. I looked at it as a no risk situation since they were useless for racing, and they're not very attractive as door stops. So if you have the time, patience and don't mind going where you've never been (inside a potentiometer) I'd give it a try.

I am sorry but I decided not to participate anymore in Mots TT because i don´t want damage my g27 accelarator pedal pressing 100% all the race and I ´ve already the GTsail problema once.:nervous:


I will change my decision because I like very much old cars.I will drive sometimes with my old DFGT:cheers:

Hi @GTsail290, I've just purchased a G29 to replace my faulty G27 and am quite impressed with it as I've found it slightly smoother in use with a large plus for having all the buttons needed on the wheel as opposed to the being on the gear console. Another plus for me is the added stiffness of the brake pedal which I believe allows me to brake with a little more finesse :confused: than previously. Don't seem to crash quite so often. :lol:

The G29 comes with a switch to enable you to use it on the PS3 and PS4 and the only item I have found that does not work on the PS3 are the lights indicating the revs on the centre boss, don't have time to look at them anyway. ;) Will be able to comment on it's use with the PS4 after Santa's been, :lol: hopefully. :mischievous:

The new wheel is also being attributed to an improvement in driving ability by one or two members but I'm not so sure, I prefer to think of it as just natural ability. :lol: :lol: :lol: I wish. :cheers: :cheers: :cheers:
