So I was lucky tonight still after my horrible (half) round of golf, since finally I succeeded to beat waukazoo at Matterhorn Dristelen with a 1:04,179 !
I also used the Tommykaira, since it is much faster than the NSX!

Sorry not to have made up the number to 13, maybe that was a good job, but was suddenly landed with a mass of work to do before the plasterers arrived today. :banghead: Looked great fun and some super pictures.👍 I'll try next time. :cheers:

I finally made it to beat my "unbeatable" friend "GamingPete" (NO geezer, he's just 26) at Matterhorn Dristelen;
unfortunately, "stewyripper" still seems to be (a bit) out of reach!
And I already thought my tonight's first improvement was based on 3 :cheers: !?
Who said "Don't drink and drive!"? :D (I NEVER drink when I drive irl though!).

Hi guys, this morning (PST that is) we were driving a car Wakazoo, Stewey and Zona really liked. I snagged one too and later,, others bought one. Consensus is,, this is a GR8 car and I'm betting we'll be seeing more of it in GEEZER CLUB racing. Go to Subaru store and grab the IMPREZA SEDAN WRX Sti spec C (Type-II) '04. Put EVERY hi HP and tuneable part on it so you'll be at 576pp / 549hp, weight: 1122kg, F/R weight dist: 54:46, 477ft-lb torque, power to weight ratio: 2.04kg/HP.. 👎Don't buy the custom wing 👎, I bought it,, put it on - that was a BAD idea :banghead: and slows the car,, the factory trunk lid spoiler is best and it's faster:tup:. Next,, do the oil change:tup:.

To save you some time I'm posting a couple "Get Started" tune ideas that "can" help get you going. Of course you'll need to personalize to fit your driving style, but this works OK. First, I need to notethat I'm NOT a Tuner so I swiped a tune from "Shaunm80"s tunes and then made a few minor adjustments, so 👍:tup:Shaun:tup:👍 gets the credit :cheers: :bowdown:!

We learned from our Geezer buddy MOTS63, simply selecting the default Racing Hard tune for a mere 3500 or so credits will suffice just fine to get you going,, but if you want to tune further the below is what I'm using:

RH: 113/111,, brakes: 7/6,,, springs: 5.94/5.89,, Dampers Comp: 3/4,,Ext: 5/5,, ARB: 3/3,, camber: 0.5/0.3,, toe: -0.13/+0.02,, LSD: (front) IT:23, AS:32, BS:19 / (rear) IT:21, AS:30, BS:19,,Triple Plate clutch, Carbon Drive Shaft, Center Diff: 49:51,, "0" ballast weight but move the ballast slider right to 50. Most of you have no issue setting your trans so won't delve into that.

It looks like it was a great racing day for the first Geezer Championship. Unfortunetly I could not make it, at the time I was going down the Danube in a Viking Cruse ship (life is a bitch some time). LOL Hope to make it for the next one
hope to see every Geezer there.
 
Had a good Saturday afternoon testing and racing thanks to wauk-azoo having room open we all used FTO Touring Car One million credits but well worth the money for those geezers that have not got it try it out you want be disappointed here is the tune we were using

I take no credit for this tune its down to our good friend wauk-azoo I just aim them in the right direction and test drive for UK HA HA

Apparently PSN has been hacked again, so no racing online until it's fixed. :banghead: :( There was racing on Saturday with the FTO Super Touring Car. 👍 Here's a few photos. First from Fuji. Ah ha!! Been trying for at least an hour but cannot sign in. I've checked their website: https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/237/~/psn-status

The sukaahs at PSN are dishing out "schtuff" when they say they're ONLINE. If they are,, I wonder where and who's blessed with a connection?? They report they're aware "some" are having trouble signing in but they say the problem is not with themselves and that we should reboot, try again,, if that doesn't work we're told to contact our ISP. Horse pucky!!

I've unplugged everything, pulled the disc and wiped it,, checked my ISP upload and download speed at www.speedtest.com,,, the problem is NOT at my end. Ohh well, thanks Papa for reporting you're having issues too.. Guess we're suck (I can't even play the damn game off-line!!) until they admit they have 'em and resolve these issues - - again! Once I discover the system is working I'll be look'n fer you 'ol pfarts :-)

Thanks Papa for uploading the photos!! :bowdown:👍👍 LMAO!!:dunce: That yellow FTO stacked against the pit entrance tires is ME!!:lol: I was coming in HOT, navigated the pit entrance chicane like a PRO,, then got cocky,, missed the last obstacle and snagged those tires which of course brought me to an abrupt HALT and cost me about 3 seconds trying to get squared away and into the pits for tires and fuel. :banghead: LOL!! Ohh well,, that's rac'n and just how it goes for some of us 'ol fellas huh! :cheers:

UPDATE: 0735 PST,, they're back online.👍 Just how good things are remains to be seen. Let's hope all is well for some more GR8 GEEZER racing!! :cheers::gtpflag:
