Well this day totally went to ****.

Tried to change tune. Before I could try it my kids acted up and fighting. Had to deal with them.

Then phone rings. My mom calling to tell Grandpa passed away.

So combine the completely loose and I drivable tune and mental stress. I'm not able to be involved. If car wasn't complete crap Id coped with the loss. Been a nice mental break. But obviously it wasn't meant to be.

Tried to be on at 2pm to tune but that want happening.

Owen and Joe, sorry to hear about your losses. My best wishes to both your families.

Take care and see you on GT soon.

I agree. Sorry for your losses.

Thanks for your condolences everyone well bounce back from here. We sort of knew this was coming so we were prepared, but it happen just so soon. Also Seth I let everyone know in the lobby that your 90's series sort of over laps this series and unless we launch at 5pm est I don't you'll be able to make these races.

I thought the race was supposed to start at 5pm est. was totally thrown off and not prepared. Was in my lounge getting ready then saw the post by veloci.

On a lighter tone...

I really enjoyed tonight's race. Was really surprised to be one of the faster drivers on damp and wet surfaces, but maybe most of it was due to the car, which was very stable even in the wet. It only started getting tail-happy when my Inters were less than 50% (after all I did 18 laps between 1st and 2nd stop, starting with ~15% wet track).

Sorry for having to leave mid way through the race, but my new job takes precedence over this. I especially want to apologize to GTP_jb for leaving halfway through an exciting strategy race. Man that Zonda was extremely hard to control in the wet!

Thank you for the kind words guys. No doubt grandpa was ready. He was tired. He missed his wife. We will miss him.

Race was interesting. I had a crappy first part which played out at the end allowing Yera to sneak my 2nd spot. A podium was welcomed considering the call I got before race time. Not to mention the DC restart allowed to fix the silly tune I tried and missed my chance to test from said call.

Good job Jb and Yera.

Yes hope you are both ok joe and owen. death is a terrible but inevitable thing im afraid, iv'e lost 2 people close to me so I know its tough lads!

the race was very enjoyable and tough at times to keep that citroen from spinning. thanks owen was a good race :)...... and veloci thank you for apology, I was gutted when you pitted for good I was enjoying the battle m8! also i would like to join as a full time driver if possible jav? i know all spots are taken but if someone is not to bothered about doing every race maybe switch reserve from me to them? i will race every race.....

You and me both, jb D: You can have my spot for next week since I'm working again, but I should be back after that, barring work scheduling me on sunday, which isn't usual. I'm not sad, because I hate LeMans anyways, so missing it is a blessing, even though my Zonda would do so well there :) I think there are one or two people who have missed every race so far this season, so maybe after next week, we will switch you in to full time :)

EDIT: actually T-n-T2000 withdrew from the championship, so unless the drivers list is outdated, we should have room in the full-timers. You won't be able to drive the citroen though, as there are two full-time seats already in it. You'd have to choose the nsx, diablo, RX-7, GT-R, or Vette.

hmmm not a big fan of standard cars! the citroens not a problem to get rid of m8:) did you say their was a free spot in zonda earlier if so LM or R? and if none of those it would probably be the rm vette... i'l do some test drives this week and decide.
gutted you wont be their next week im a fan of sarthe tbh.. oh well guess it will be suzuka then when we next meet :)

The Zonda R was open earlier but I think Josh took it. He's either in the Zonda or the Vette. Yep, we'll meet at suzuka for another fun race :) Hopefully it'll stay dry this time!

What time is this series?
Sunday 3.45 EST?

Also are there any inactive drivers or are all slots full? I have checked the front but just want to confirm.

Guys I was trying to get this resolved before the weekend but it didn't happen, my modem went kaput on Thursday and I couldn't get a reacement on time, in fact is gonna be at least a week before I can get one.
So we're going to need a host for this round, someonne who an do the verification process, save the replay and get a picture of the timing screen on the replay once the race is over.
Also the GTR-LM is getting a 50kg drop.

so its 1300 or 1250 for the GT-R Concept?

testing right now :p

Ill definitely be needing a reserve driver for the Suzuka or Grand Valley round'

I'm pretty much using this season as a tester season, but ill be back full force for season 2! I hope we get dibs on our chassis for season 2'

I'm considering pulling out of the series. I'm in JSTC already as my first series and it's hard enough to keep up with. Though this is good experience. Just don't know if I can keep up with two at a time (thats what she said).

Just stay in it for a tester series then and secure your seat, don't go at it competitively until season 2. You make a good team mate in these Citroen's, and I would like to have you as my team mate next season since we are already exchanging information. Granted it's not a lottery for car picks again'

Right on dude. Sounds good.

It's always a lottery for car picks, or has been since I've been running with Jav. This is also like season 4 for something like that. Season 2.5 with these cars, iirc. Series winner doesnt even get to choose first D; Though I guess that's not too bad since I'm definitely not going to win this championship this season
