I think it's a blast, and half the battle, not using TC at all. Even in the wet I never use it. Having my right foot do all the work adds so much more to driving the car around the track.

Just a thought. If a person wins the race and is using TC on a dry track. Penalize them a point or two. I personally would encourage people not to use it during the dry. It really takes the fast cars and gives them even more edge as tire management is computer controlled on the rear. ;)

Jav I'd like to ask something... if it's ok for you and everyone...
would not be possible to move the SPA race on December 30th instead of January 6th?

Agreeing on no TC, coming from a pad user also. With racing mediums it'll be like driving on rails, way too easy.

So Hot!!! I wish I had a way to get that car. I ended up with a SLS Stealth model. Cool car but never ever used online. :( even have those chrome line car and don't use a single one online. Used to do a show off room early in the game with other friends. Showing off our newest cool or odd purchases. I miss that feeling and time in GT5's play cycle.

I would love if PD would release the Stealth and Chrome line cars as DLC, like other companies do... Most companies make available through DLC stuff that were available at launch to Collector's/Special editions. But PD never gave that option to those who only got Standard or Collection's edition, even though the game's already two years old...

It really is time. The exclusive hype has wore off. I for one would love for all to have access to Chrome Line cars. As a person that paid early and extra. I'm completely ok and was ok with them selling these as DLC from day 1.

Seems a good petition or tweet for KAZ. He could easily get these ready for DLC.

Get Paid PD. sell us those Stealth and Chromeline packs!!!!

I have the Chrome line cars (paid extra 10 euros for it) and wouldn't mind it neither... As long as they would also release the Stealth cars... (I wouldn't mind paying for those)

EDIT: I also have the XJ13 Chrome line, which you can get (or could... don't know if its still available) from FB, for which I had to use my sister's account, as I couldn't be bothered with FB then... And even now, I only have an account since January, because of GT5 (for setting up leagues and spot races with friends in Portugal)
 
i had my chrome lines and stealth models, Motegi and SSRX by an ilegal way (i only got a standard version of GT5) but not sure if i can tell how here on the forum. So ask me in private if you want to know ;)
 
Litchi, is it possible to get those cars in the US in that manner? I really wanted the stealth 787B and Audi R10.

You mean L1/R1 for shifting right? Unless you mess up your turning by pressing on the analog...

I don't shift mid corner, and if I necessarily do, its only shifting up which is R3 so I'm not messing with the turning.
 
I can't do all that. L2 brake R2 accelerate, left stick steer, auto transmission. Litchi, I pm'ed you.
 
I wish I could use the analog stick to drive I would have faster turn in and overall lap times then using the D-pad, but my rig will be complete in Jan so who cares now, lol'

I just simulated a 52 lap race and the race shouldn't last longer then 1hr 30mins. I ran a lower downforce number and I was slower by 8 tenths, but I hit 1:44.402 on about half a tank of fuel. Once I go back to my original downforce figure I should be :banghead: on the 1:43.999 mark if not busting thru it!

I'm bailing out of the season guys. The laps are too long for me. I have back problems and I can't sit that long anymore.

Guys I was trying to get this resolved before the weekend but it didn't happen, my modem went kaput on Thursday and I couldn't get a reacement on time, in fact is gonna be at least a week before I can get one.
So we're going to need a host for this round, someonne who an do the verification process, save the replay and get a picture of the timing screen on the replay once the race is over.
Also the GTR-LM is getting a 50kg drop.

That's tough to hear D: I'm glad I haven't dealt with that yet (*Knocks on wood*). I'll be willing to host for ya and save the replay and get a pic posted here of the finishing order, no problem.

You have no clue man! I'm freaking pi55ed!! The McLaren MP4-12C GT3 comes out on iRacing next week and I'm gonna have to wait an additional week to drive it!

I'd be fine with that to. I know how it feels to miss a race in a series you organized for reasons that are out of your control.
