I closed my club down. No interest in it. I might start another at some point, but for now...
 
How can the clubs merge together and work together @PAPPACLART when everyone has their own idea how GT6 is played? I've been looking to join a club, but the way they race is so boring, all I see is the some old junk since GT5. Add every part possible for extra power then use the power limiter to reduce the power to get a advantage and so on. Is there a club here that attempts to follow real world practice without adding turbos or motor upgrades? Is there a club like that here? If so I'll join now.

You might want to check out my club (link in signature). We focus on clean realistic racing.
I've done races where everybody uses the same road car, stock, no tuning. There were also races using race cars, one can pick any car within the car category of the event and adjust setup as long as the car fits within the performance restrictions of the event.
BTW, it would be great if PD added the option of allowing setup change but prohibiting upgrades, as well as restrictions on much ballast/power reduction can be used. The current system of all or nothing really sucks.
 
Thanks @FS7, I'll check out your club in a moment to see what you're offering. I wish PD would give us the option to truly regulate the cars, but if that was done the majority of the people using GT will cry about that as they did when the power limiter wasn't added the GT5 when it was first released. My understanding it was added to GT5P at the end of its life for some reason and it wasn't intended for GT5. But when GT5 came out and it wasn't there it seemed the whole community started crying like a three year old banging on the floor screaming "I want a cookie, I want my cookie!" Wasn't GT5 the next evolution of the game?

This is a public club for people who want proper clean racing.
All driving aids are banned. Heavy damage, fuel/tire wear enabled (can vary from normal to very fast depending on race length), strong penalties, false start check, real grip offtrack/in the wet, no boost, real slipstreaming, no nitrous.

New club events are posted every week.
Club events include time trials & weekly races.
