Nope. Problem is that the trophies are not retroactive - you won't get some of the singleplayer trophies (such as ones for passing certain missions) if you met the requirements before the patch came out.
 
Probably not at that time-- I will be on the way home from the inlaws most likely (a 3 hour drive) so may or may not make it that day-- even if I happend to be home by then, I can't promise I'll even be able to play so don't schedule around me

-- will be at the inlaws on friday and they have dialup-- so not an option to play while I'm there.
 
I'll be off around 10pm tonight, lads. Got some homework to do. We normally finish after about 1hr30 anyway. So what's on the agenda tonight?

So, normal race or GTA race?

I think we might have our biggest meeting tonight. Me, Famine, Giancarlo, Fujiwara and maybe daan and spuds.
 
So Famine's on LBP and Giancarlo is on Guitar Hero. This is useful...Though I get the feeling PSN is playing up tonight, doesn't seem smooth.

Edit: Can't really wait around, so I'll have to leave by 9:20 if no one is doing anything...[/notnagging]

Edit2: Tonight's is off, couldn't get it to work between me and Giancarlo. No one else was on GTA.

I'm afraid I had "other commitments" tonight that didn't occur to me until they happened. My bad.

The PS3 has been sitting, immobile, logged into my profile on LBP since about 7.30pm. I should turn it off really, the amount of power that thing eats...

Was it Friday night we had planned? Sounds good to me, I'll be in college for about 9/10 hours on Friday, so I'll need some relaxation, and maybe some alcohol too.

COD or GTA IV

If IV I'll be on in about an hour or so.....

I've been trying to get the time for Hangmans noose-- haven't had a perfect run yet but had a couple real close to the target time for the trophy... my best in stats is 2:57 (you need 2:32 for the trophy).

At some point I'd like to try to get the time for this fot the coop trophy (we will need the target time on deal breaker and bomb da base II also...

Essentially you need at least one player to get the heli right away... two players stay to kill the swat guys-- fly the heli over and if you land the heli close enough, Kenny (petrovic) gets in the heli... as kenny gets in the heli, the other two players have to get in right away.... there isn't alot of time to waste...

Here is a you tube walk thru that tells you how to do it with 3 or 4 players-- if 4 players, one has to fly to the safe zone right away as the heli with Kenny in it can only hold 3 players + kenny--

This will probably work best if we all have head sets....
 
So, next game. Friday or Saturday night? Time? Also, Giancarlo there was a problem between me and you, as nothing seemed to work. Do you want to come on-line (if you can make it on whatever night we do) a bit earlier and we'll see if we can sort it? Though that might be pointless if we don't know the problem. I can't see it being the fact that you're from the states, as I can invite Spuds. Though he did have some problems, but that seemed to be sorted out by spuds going to cable rather than wireless, iirc.
 
I had another go on GTA last night, was the first time I've been able to play it in weeks. Not the best session though, my internet connection appears to be absolutely crap and the first five or six times I joined games it lost the connection. When I finally got a game on free mode it was good fun. I was attempting the five barrell rolls thing at the airport, and failing miserably, but it amused me when one of my attempts was stopped when mid-roll and mid-air, another car landed on me, as they'd been using one of the ramps in the normal way and speared me mid-air :lol:

I also had good fun with the Futo on the dirt track that runs right the way around the airport and through the woods on the North-West corner of it. It's given me ideas on coming up with a Liberty City Rally...

Now all I need is to be online at a time when the rest of you are!
 
I propose a 2100GMT start tomorrow night, any objections? Who might be on? No point if it's just two of us.

I'll not be able to make it again. I'm sure I would have liked just racing too.

I'm going out as I seem to have attained one of those girlfriend things... :D
