GTP is being slow again.

Hmmm, that's not good. I did some investigation and noticed a suspicious drop in throughput from our global content delivery network. It looks like the network may have suffered a bit of downtime and that definitely would hinder its ability to default to our primary web server. Everything does appear to be normal, now.
 
Yeah, I had it quite slow, where the banner up the top loads and stays up for a few seconds and then the rest of the page follow.
 
It's being a bit slow for me, other sites are loading quickly on other tabs and GTPlanet is taking close to a minute to load a page.
 
Slow for me, as well. Looks like the culprits (at least for me) are hydrolance.net (going there locked up Firefox), pixel.quantserve and 1714.voxcdn.com (which if I'm not mistaken is GTP - could be wrong, though).
 
Yeah, I'm afraid there are some pretty bad clogs stuffing up the tubes tonight, but it's network related and is out of my hands at the moment. Hopefully things will clear up soon...
 
Well some pages seems to load okay to me, but some of them are taking a while to load up properly. Threads like " Did You See Anything Good Today?" and " Meeting with Kazanori Yamauchi him self" still is loading after 10 minutes!!!!! Must be some heavy traffic or something I guess........... :guilty:
 
I was in that thread a while back and it had 94 people looking at it, so I think it might just be the extra traffic all of a sudden.

I'm also under the impression that that thread gave us a few new members too.
 
Well it seems fine now, must have been a hiccup on my computer somehow (or that the traffic is gone...... for now)
Either way, it is only a small matter and should not interupt anybody else surfing GTP. đź‘Ť
