GTP is being slow again.

Same problem. GTP even failed to load. It's working fine now.

EDIT: Scratch that. I had a blank page after posting this.
 
Having lots of problems getting onto the site today. Either cannot get on at all or as now loading pages is a very slow business. Are others having the same problem?

Might just be a UK problem, it's running just as fast as it normally would for me.
 
Yeah, I was gonna say that. Although actually it seems to be alright for me now. Who's your ISP, nige?
 
I keep getting 'page cannot be displayed', slower than normal loading times and strange looking pages of GTP.

I don't have any records of server problems, but I do know that our data center has been doing some ongoing maintenance so that could have resulted in slower loading times for users among different geographic locations.
 
Im with BT Broadband too, I reckon its a problem with BT and not with GTP.
GTP is working fine for me today though.
 
Yeah, I keep getting Page Cannot Displayed one minute then the next it works, but is still running at snail pace.
 
Nope, mine just went worse, it came up with a simplified version of the main forum page, with no images etc and I don't have the lite version selected, its still being really slow for me too.
 
I don't know how you guys are having issues, mine is running just fine.

Isn't Australia notoriously bad with their internet speed?
 
Yes, we've got one of the fastest connections available. (512kbps)

But the point is this site's running slow, although i take that back for now as it's been nice so far.

Yes and no, it is getting better here, I have access to a 24mbit connection.

BTW on topic, I have not noticed any slow downs lately.
 
Well, I never received any notifications of server problems, and all seems to be fine as of right now.
 
It's working fine now, must have been a small probelm through my own internet provider.
 
Just thought I'd post saying me and a few other members are getting slow loading times. My symptoms are a page will freeze while loading a couple of times for around 5 seconds, and it's gradually getting worse.
 
"Freeze"...as in, the page will reach a certain point and then stop loading? Any threads/pages/posts in particular? There have been no server issues today that I am aware of.
 
No problems here, but I use Adblock (sorry Jordan), and any time I've had problems with a page "freezing" before loading completely, it's usually a slow-to-load banner ad.
 
Of course, G.T is a Premium user, so we know advertisements are not creating a problem for him, either.

It would stop loading randomly, but continue to load after about 5 seconds. Sometimes it would pause again. As far as I knew it happen on every page, and it wasn't my internet connection since everywhere else loaded fine.

But it seems to have gone now.
