That is your user title, you can change it in the user control panel under "edit your details". I'm not sure if you have to be premium or not.

No. I changed mine a while back and I'm just Standard.

That and I think you need to reach a certain amount of posts (From my memory which can not be trusted ) unless you get premium. It is well worth it if you are planning on using the site 👍

I think you need 500 posts and/or be a member for at least six months.
