GTP Race Event 03 - Stage 3 Week 3 Laptimes

Still plenty of time to shave still. I lost around .1 at the hairpin and other spots around the track, especially 130R, so I can see a low 2'03 soon. :)

Another improvement, finally a low 2'03.:D I did it while I was really tired too, so :p.:lol: Sorry to go and one up you Nicko. Definitely a tenth or more in this lap, sector 1 was 0.1 slower than my best alone.

You can check the TLD garage, that's the tune most of the top laptimes are using.

Took an hour to improve my laptime significantly, and the above was done with a bad spoon 2.

There should be a 2'03.1xx in this for me with the right lap.

I tried it tonight, and was finally able to improve
on my previous best. Your tune is much more stable through
Dunlop, and in fact it is excellent overall in T1.

I have seen several 54.6xx T1's and on this lap, I had
a 1'39.404 T2 only to mess up Casio. I think I lost around .2
there :ouch: Factoring this in, as well as other small mistakes
on this lap, I believe a 2'03.4xx or even a 2'03.3xx is definitely
possible for me, but I think that may be my limit.

I don't understand how you all can go that fast with this car.

Thanks again Jukka 👍 , awesome tune. I just figured out that with your gearing, 3rd gear is the proper choice for Degner 2 :dunce: And it really makes a big difference on the run to the hairpin. The first lap I tried 3rd instead of 2nd, I gained .2 on my ghost from the apex of Degner 2 to the T1 marker :) I think you really hit the gears spot on with your tune.

Well done Brock, how are you finding the wheel now? I would love to see a video of a lap or 2 of you using the 911 wheel. My G25 brake pot has started to fail. :grumpy: I have a free replacement G25 on its way, but I am tempted to sell it and give the 911 wheel a try.

Bugger, I was a good 0.3sec up on a 2'03.5 lap (which also had a sluggish 130R) when I crashed at Spoon.:banghead:

Ran this on the final lap of my race with L_Hamilton last night... couple of tenths quicker than my previous best.

JvM settings (cheers mate 👍).

Glad I don't have to race this car again in the immediate future!
