I wasn't sure to post the information about the "toe bug'

But to rule out any confusing:



Of course the use of the maximum toe settings is illegal.

In addition to the toe bug, there was also a massive performance gain from using maximum ride height (i.e. at its highest).

This should also be disallowed if the toe bug is going to be an issue 👍

The max ride height bug is new for me.:scared:

I shall make a comment of it in the race specifics.

Although these bugs are a pain it shouldn't made a difference in the decision of using this car for a free run race.

Afterall the WRS is build on the honesty of the racers regarding PP , using standard/pro, etc
 
These bugs seem to offer enough of a big advantage, that it would stand out. Anyway, we haven't got any bad eggs here. If we have, it's time to bring out the old shooting irons!

Using Paulies tune (Thanks) with just a change to the rear brakes. I set them to 3.
I was having trouble with the ass end so it was a quick fix.
Once I brake correctly I'll probably set it back to 5.
 
I ran this a little bit this morning and just came back to it, gonna settle into a long session and see If I can knock of another .5 at t2.

I'm not taking the first bend all out yet so some easy time to grab there :dopey: I'm slaming the car down to 3rd all over the place and drifting the corners for now, looks cool in the replay we'll see if it proves a fast aproach 👍

I got my T1 down, T2;s about the same, but gained about .5 at the line.

Well I put the Final Drive on my tune back to an old Fuji tune, and front toe increased. Otherwise, here's my new splits:

T1: 30.069
T2: 51.015


Really livid since I dropped about a tenth exiting the esses by not getting on it soon enough.:irked: Hate the car too, horrible horrible thing. Spent a couple hours here with little overall improvement. I'm chasing hundredths when judging by what others have done I should be chasing tenths.:banghead: (At least I know I can do T1 alright now, I just need to nail a perfect lap which is impossible because of the car).
 
Wow at the boards...some very quick times coming in.

I started at around 32 for T1 and 53 for T2 but managed to get those down to be in the 30's for T1 and 51's for T2.

Gonna push myself more though...NEED.TO.BE.QUICKER.

My T2 was far from perfect, I reckon a couple of tenths to be had there. I'm not HSR's biggest fan though, not that I'm trying to make any 'racing driver' excuses :sly:
 
First Splits after quite a long run:

T1: 30.048
T2: 50.817

A tiny bit more left, maybe 0.1 at most if it is a near perfect lap. But tonight I was knocking off hundredths and thousandths. But I did make it to my goal lap time....Just...:lol: I am waiting patiently for Dan's splits now and also to see the other Div 1 guys splits as Animera was extremely fast when I spoke to him tonight and his splits reflect that.👍
