I'm still trying to figure out which car I want to use.. I keep changing lol.

Yeah i have to say it is hard to get a good drift through the first 2 corners. You have to have the speed to make it right round or you will get too much wheel spin if you go too sideways. So getting the right balance takes practise. But i am happy with the way i did it!! Just waiting on a capture card now and we'll be set!!
 
Im think im done,unless i get some better drifts before the deadline. :indiff: :)
 
I'm almost done with my none judged entry..should be fun.
 
ok, my vid is rendering right now on my other compy upstairs.
I had 8 good laps saved and it took some time to decide which was my best. Then it took even longer to decide on the right song...

now it'll like take 4 eons to render, and when that's done I'll want to render it again with different quality settings to change the filesize or resolution....or some flippin thing

i might not make this one. i need to get my capture card drivers once again... so that might take a while as im busy with other things. ill try to make the deadline though.

lol, this is becoming a common theme with you.... "i might not make it, capture card blah blah blah" - and then you were in before anyone else last time :p

got my psuedo entry done. just gotta get my lazy ass to capture it. look forward to seeing all the entries.

and i dont have an entry done yet... so thats another thing im trying to work on.
 
I really need to get off my butt, and work on my entry. Been preoccupied with setting the foundation on my new race team, Project G. Could be a last minute entry.
 
Man, due date is far... still waiting... LOL ryen has my clip so i dont have to worrie about uploading it.

As I'm a judge, I've done this just for fun and show off.

Right click, save targer as... 13Mb.

I hope you can forgive me for messing up in the hairpin. It's damn difficult to get all corners in the right way!!!

How are you capturing your videos? I can never get a bitrate that high without making the video ridiculously choppy. Probably has something to do with my computer sucking ass... :grumpy:

yeah i havent got my entry done yet bc tri's friends dumb dog ate my power wire for my dfp man's best friend is a loser

im afraid to say i cant make this. im visiting family for a week. that means no dfp, no cable, no capture card. but i WILL be in the next GTPDC.
i hate to just let this go. its a fun track.
i want to d/l sherons vid so bad, but it would take ages. and it might not even play considering there is win98 on this old computer. i dout itll play most modern codec's. ill have to d/l it when i get back home, as im sure its of best quality.
 
well, submitted my pro exhibition entry yesterday
i havent looked at any of the example vids submited by non-competitors b/c i didnt want anything to send me back into further attempts

I don't know if i can honestly expect to win with my lap, but i feel its a pretty solid entry. hopefully judges agree.

Will be sending in my entry probably this afternoon if i can get my audio convertor cable. I am definately finished my lap, have to say its not as crazy as Sherons but still a good effort i thought! Cant wait for the judging..

nice demo vid there tri i see u got the 360 into that hairpin hopefully i will be able to nail it also but it is alot harder with the wheel as u have seen nice job tho man!
