Jordan, I was just wondering, upon your decision you purchase a site address, did you first want GTPlanet.com instead of GTPlanet.net? If so, I guess it was taken... :confused:

Yes, of course I wanted GTPlanet.com, but it was already taken by a "gifts and toys planet" e-commerce site, so I settled on the .net extension (it has a good ring with the .net anyway). :) However, now that GTPlanet.com is defunct, I am currently in talks with its parent company, Asia Idea, about acquiring the domain name. Wish me luck!
 
Yeah, It took me a while to find a good GT3 site, so I kept plugging away, and eventually I came across here. I never even heard of it before I 'stubled' upon it. You picked a good name though, a lot better than some other GT3 sites, and it's independent, not from GameSpy or anything, I like that!

if you get the .com domain,will the .net domain redirect you to the .com domain?

im sorry if i have confused you,LOL!


lemme explain,if you get the .com domain and i go to www.gtplanet.net ,would that redirect me to www.gtplanet.com ?

No, you didn't confuse me at all. :) It would work exactly as you have described, only the other way around (gtplanet.com would redirect you to gtplanet.net - our current name is too established to be changed).

Yeah, it's be a real bummer to have to change all the banners and pics from saying gtplanet.net to gtplanet.com, especially the smilies...

What about that Hyundia Excel they had in the sleeper article this month. Maybe it is time to revamp a 15 year old car. . . hmmm
 
Yeah! All those "sleepers" were really cool. I wonder how many people have contemplated suicide after being walked on by a Hyundia Excel. :lol:

When is SCC going to do there Ultimate Street Car thingy?
 
I think it is Febuary of 2004. I also need to seen that High Octane video. A Viper going off a cliff. . . Gotta see it.
