Champions league. Group stage. All drift teams are in the same group though. Then the top four best in through into knockout stages.
 
Yeah sorry i confused myself!
Welsh has it spot on :). Run a group knockout but yes we are all in the same group :) and for the teams that don't qualify in the top 4 we can do a battle setup with those guys but won't change there position in the table :)
 
Ok so i'm now looking for track selection.. I'm happy with team numbers so can all teams contribute with a vote? even if it is 1 vote per team or 1 vote per team member i don't mind :)
 
I reckon an Eifel track as no one can practice that and it makes it a hell of a lot more interesting :)
 
Maybe a second round track? get the ball rolling and the basics set for Tsukuba maybe?
 
There needs to be one more team registered right? because theres only 7 team.
 
Looking like a clean sweep for Fuji D1.. this will be a test of skill on this track :)
 
I voted for Fuji D1. but id like to change my vote to Suzuka if thats possible. I hate the Fuji track lol
 
Fuli D1 is so challenging lol I find it to be anyway. Lack of practice perhaps.
 
I am now taking choices of days for the Tournament!

I suggest people do not ask for FRIDAY OR SATURDAY as most are out getting drunk or what not :)
A Sunday tends to be the best day but we can set out 2 different days like a Sunday or Tuesday etc.

Write down you're 2 days of choice and i'll tally it up :) Can all members who have signed up commit to adding there preffered dates please.


Also, if tandeming is so hard on Fuji why did you vote for it as A first track :S lol.. Alex you're a muppet!

Sunday night and Tuesday are ok but depends what time you suggest
 
Well in the American and Australians case there will be dedicated arrangement as it will be hard for you guys to get times where you are gonna battle us Europeans etc :)
 
How about this, jimy, you just set a specific day, & date for each team so we can get this tournament started. & tell us our opponents.
 
Friday or saturday. i only get 1hour of gameplay on school nights.
 
I must suggest that you sort out who's battling who before when. I know your'e trying to match teams based on their preferred day, but the fact is the weekend is best for the vast majority, and regardless of timezone, weekend battles are the easiest set up....

Tournament will officially start next Friday which is Friday 8th.. Check the 2nd post for arrangements on who's battling who and at what time :)
