Close call here in Toronto, twice. My brother told me I got whammed this morning when I was asleep. Then the radio played a cover song by a couple of guys.
Too close - just a second ago on TV. There was an advert for some Wham album, and luckily the ad started with another wham song, and I quickly ran out of the room. Phew!
Adverts for christmas music albums are coming thick and fast today. I've had to change the channel a few times already when those ads showed up. I'll probably get caught out by one of them at some point.
Tempted fate once again today listening to Pandora's Christmas music channel. The worst I was hit with was Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You. I promptly thumbs downed that abomination.
I guess that's not true, anymore, and I would say we have better taste in music than you 'Mericans, with all that Gangsta Hip Hop High School Musical stuff over there, I once watched your Top 20 charts, full of garbage.
I'm doing well so far, but the local radio stations are starting to get into Christmas music. I think I'll be listening to my iPod in the car exclusively for the next month.
