I'm just guessing Jetta/Bora. It's all I can find of a new VW being built in Mexico.

Even so, I would have expected news of the car coming to the U.S. long before arriving. But it doesn't even look like it'd do very well here unlike its predecessor (1987-93 in US). Of course, I'm going to reinforce your guess as the original VW Fox was built in Brazil.
