Am I even getting close at all?
I have terrible car knowledge...so I can only get as close to the manufacturer when it comes to older cars.

It's European but not from 'Britland'. ;)
 
Looks Italian, early 60's special-bodied Lancia maybe. But i can't find anything to match.
 
So my next guess of a Lancia Appia Coupe by Pininfarina was going to be wrong then.

You got it! My next clue would have been 'not Pininfarina but Ghia' - not needed. :)

Argg. I've fruitlessly been searching the net for like the last 2 hours and found nothing. I'm going to throw up the answer of Lamborghini Countach just to say something, but I'm 90% sure that's wrong.

EDIT: I still can't get it out of my head that I think it's a Lambo even though I've looked all over. I might be stretching this answer but I'll also guess Lamborghini Diablo.
