Heh not even vaguely.

I will give a hint though I picked this one because I knew it was tough. This game came out in the mid 80's and was remade a few times, once in the 90's, then again in the mid 2000's and then a couple years ago.
 
Ok I won't properly guess since I'm a spoilsport and still won't post the next one(works got me goin' crazy), but I know what that one is for sure. Loved it as a kid... I apparently also loved tearing my hair out of my head to make smashing it against the wall in frustration more effective. And I loved the song at the title screen. Mine only had 4 colors though. Nice to see someone else remember it. Rexdeaf is pretty amusingly close if I'm right.

Ding ding ding! It wasn't a very good game, but it came out early in the life of the Genesis and blew my mind at the time. I can still remember the title screen music.

LOL it was a shot in the dark too, I was gonna say Vapor Trail, but then I remembered that game was top down.
 
You have to control a single piece of heavy machinery through various mini games, such as saving turtles or going through an obstacle course.
