Yep! It looks like Rally Finland for 3 reasons:
1: It's fast (the Finland rally is also known as the Finnish Grand Prix due to the high speeds)
2: The jumps (this track has many jumps, so does the Finland Rally)
3: The layout (the Finland Rally is based in the forest, so is half of this track)
