That was a wild guess.

I've seen that shot before, but the orange bit got blown out of proportion on the blur, and I couldn't make the connection. And Macau is as close to closed-circuit rallying as you get sometimes.

Well I'm stumped, I started to think it might be Astons LMP1 car but you said no blue so I'm completely thrown now.
