No, Google was not used to find the correct answer. I had already figured out the correct answer and I used Google to confirm that instead of waiting for the poster to confirm it.

Cliosport V6 to be exact.

And that's exactly what I thought as well, but every picture I found online had that shifter. As unlikely as it seems, I'm pretty sure it's stock!

I cant find any car that has that shifter, the knob seems similar, but the shaft dont... maybe, and thats a big maybe, its a Clio V6/ Phase 2 shifter where they have pulled the leather-covering-thing down. but the car itself is not a V6/ Phase 2, thats a regular Clio II. So either way, its not stock.

Someone else may go. :)
 
Yeah, parts. Not made by Toyota. And Toyota is one of the most reliable manufacturers around.
