Really, REALLY cool car!:eek:
He took the most powerfull engine available, placed it in the middle and made a super-aerodynamic body for it. It must have been really fast at the time. And it really looks the part aswell! Nice:)

But from what I can tell it was not built by Buick, it was built by a mechanic (Norman Timbs) using Buick parts.
It actually states he used alot of Ford and Packard parts aswell.

I was at the museum, and they called it the Norman Timbs Buick Special, so I assumed Buick made it for him.

I just fell in love with that Norman Timbs Special, I'm thinking about building a replica as I will never afford to buy the actual one.:D

Moving on. Now, google is getting on my nerves, the image search is just too good nowadays, it doesn't matter that you change all kind of thinks in the picture, it finds it anyway:irked:

Finally got it right. Google cant find it, at least not when I tried 10 minutes ago...:rolleyes:
