Nope. But the designer used to work in the VAG group, although not on Audi cars.

Edit: My bad! It turns out that he did in fact work for Audi. Back in 1991 after graduating from Royal College of Art he joined Audi as an exterior designer.

Before joining his current brand he worked for Skoda and Volkswagen, for instance he supervised the design of the Skoda Fabia WRC.

Also, his current brand is not in the VAG group, it's owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.
