If this is about online race lag well you should consider improving your internet connection.

In menant decrease in a bad way, as bad latency. Everyone knows that high quality routers etc will give you a slightly better online stability, depending on what you are doing.If you "decrease" latency that means the "lag" becomes shorter. How can a cheaper wireless router improve latency etc etc..
