Sport Mode/Multiplayer lag/stutter issues?

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. During sport mode or multiplayer races I've noticed the opponents stutter and suddenly gain .1 sec. When this stuttering or lag happens it continues thru out the whole race and my lap times suddenly drop off by a second or more. I play on PS4 but my connection is always 4/5 bars.

I was the first to create a post about it, but at the beginning it was epic with other users and moderator :

After this, an other post was created, more focused on the reason : the cross play PS4/5, and they finally think it is because of different PS in a same lobby :

But, you will not find any answer here, the users of this forum are saying this every day : we don't care about online...
You can heard them crying every day because of the poor offline content... but even if they are 70% of the customers, they don't care the other 30% can't play the game for 6 months now, we stopped or play again GT Sport !
PD knows that, so they were never focused on solving this lag problem, and on top of that it seems impossible to solve technically.

Personally, I erased the game few months ago, but I will ask to the others, if the update solved this LAG PROBLEM ?
