I have played zombie and it is fun when everyone listens to the rules. A lot of guys get killed and just dont change themselves into zombies. Are they ever going to release any content for this game?

A map will be released soon I think, I know its under testing, the only hint they gave was "trench" and there might be a second but I'm not sure if they were refering to the trench map or another but yes content should be available soon I hope.
 
Next week I think. There was something on GS about it. I played Zombie and I love it too! But I barely play H2 anymore. I love it yeah but I've been really busy to deal with games.
 
The date for the new content is Feb 9 aparently.

Zombie is fun but the problem is too many people get killed then don't change.

zombies is only fun when you play with a tightly knit group, like a clan or close friends. otherwise it gets tiring fast.

It's also in MY RULES that you have to make zombie noises when you're on the green team. lots of zombie noises. ;)

I rem. yesterday i stuck someone in the leg by accident, it was funny but i got a werd circle medal. And, i get them all the time at midship. Coincidence? I think not.

yeah that's a stick medal. I'm getting proficient with those things. YOu just run up to somebody and throw one on their face and laugh as they try desperately to kill you before they explode. It's the best when they run into a group of teammates. lol.

yeah but it's better when you can savour the fact that they know they're going to die (the blue glow) and there's nothing they can do about it.

Yeah but if you stick the sniper, the sniper rifle usually flies off wherever their standing, its easier to bash their skull in and take it after humping or bashing their body and taunting them :)

they're both good alternatives. But bashing somebody isn't as fun as sticking somebody, to me.

Humping and taunting?!! :lol: I think I figured out exactly what that O stands for. I am pretty sure it is when you stick the guy holding the bomb. I threw one right on the face of a guy holding the bomb last night. Even better he was trying to sneak in while in the crouched position. I stuck him and I said "well no need in crawling any more since your about to die" :lol: To my surprise he just kept crawling until he blew up sending the bomb flying and taking out one of the other team mates. Double kill! :lol:
I couldnt help but sit and stare at that glowing ball on his head that I knew was going to explode in 3.....2.......1.....POW!!! :LOL:
My personal favorite is walking behind a sniper and hitting him in the head with my gun.

Yeah just hump his head body while he looks one helplesly waiting to respawn while you also bash his body with the butt of your gun and talking about how much he sucks :)

I really hate people like that when im playing. It sure makes the game suck when someone tells the other team how much they suck and starts swaring at them. When I hear crap like that from little kids, I just leave the room and so does my girfriend. Almost instantly forcing the team we are on to loose. I cant stand poor sports even if they are on my team. 👎
The head humping is funny but taunting with vulgar language is just not necessary IMO.

Oh no I cant stand that either, I'm not that obnoxious unless I'm playing with my friends :lol: I usually play custom games, online In matchmaking I don't do that ****. :D
 
I always say hey sniper behind you, he'll turn around to not see me and go back to sniping, then I smack him. If I have a plasma pistol, I'll just charge it up right next to his head so he sees it glow, and since he has the sniper rifle, he usually will be to slow to refocus ti even do anything about it, and since most people rotate to the right when they see it I move left behind them and then smack em. Snipers don't like me... actually most people don't like me...

Of course, it wouldn't be Bungie tradition if we told you everything we know. There could be more medals than this out there, you'll have to try new things and see for yourself!
 
I am finally getting tired of this game. If its not horrible game lag then its cheaters. Then you have the people that betray you on your own team. To top all of that off the attitudes that people have in this game just make it very unpleasant in Matchmaking.

I wish Halo 2 had it set up like most other games where you start a room and people can join in as you are playing. Then if you dont like someone you kick them out. I cant even play this with my girlfriend, little sister, or young brother without them hearing language and gestures that are completely innapropriate. :ouch:

start a party, keep it on invite only and play with good friends. that way, no jackasses join, and if somebody crosses the line, you boot em. 👍

your options are limited to custom games, but I'd hardly call that "limited", since there are so many variants you can make. You're right about matchmaking though; it kills your faith in humanity. :grumpy:
 
Halo 2 is seriously a poorly made/crafted game. Especially in the sense that it was made for online play but yet Bungie's lazy selves forgot about a thing called a "HOST" Which makes joining a game pointless. Not only that the reason behind the cheating is the whole Rank system itself. The fact that it's a # rank system just enforces even more cheating. I don't know how many people I know that are level 30+ that are seriously crappy players, but does bungie care? Nope. Halo 2 is a game made for little kids with a Mature sticker on it. It's not for the Halo fan, it's not for the FPS fan, it's for kids plain and simple.

You lost me there, what do you mean theres no host? You can make up your own custom games if you want and host it, we do it all the time....

Oh I know there's a Host, but the fact that the HOST is what everyone is dependant on. Just one person and their X Box. They could be cool, they could be jackazzes. They should have thought it out like Day 1 Studio's did, they had the right idea, they didn't give the HOST ultimate power like Bungie did Halo. And yeah, make up your own custom games. With 3 people because some people work or have school, oh but when the rest get home the original 3 have something to do. Playing with friends doesn't always work, because you don't always have enough friends online to get a fun game going. I'm, sorry but 4 man capture the flag isn't very appealing. But 4 on 4 is. So you take you're four and go find another 4 people thanks to bungie's GREAT # system, but wait their team has host. Aww to bad, they glitched us and we lost. How not fun.
 
Seriously. If you don't see how Halo 2 is a game made for people who arn't good at FPS's then you probably fit into that crowd. It's the only FPS out there, where if your an experienced player and you go head to head against a guy right out of the box. You actually have a pretty high chance of dieing. It's a futuristic warfare game, that focuses on close combat weaponry and the idea of "Spray and pray" Now how does that fit in at all with the idea that you're a Superhuman being with crazy combat skill?
Tell me this too.
If I came running at you with a katana, and you had a mausberg in your hands. Which one of us would be the one dead 100% of the time? Not the guy with the sword, that's for sure...But Wait that's not so in Halo 2 is it?

Now as for the graphix aspect of the game, wow Ragdoll physics amazing. Not to mention that if you look to the left and to the right your wrists rotate? riight.
Your armor looks like you just came back from paintballing as compared to the one found in Halo:CE The plantlife looks like azz, the textures for the levels were done to the absolute bare minimum. They did everything you can see from in a game, but if you go exploring lo and behold it looks like a PSX game all over again.

Glitches? I'm pretty sure everyone who's played Halo 2 knows enough about this issue to not like the game.

Bungie's a company just trying to make a dollar. I used to think they were a real gaming company, who wanted to make great games for loyal fans. But nope, that started with Halo 1 and ended with Halo 1. People should have realized that after MYST. The fact that they're doing nothing about all the cheating is 100% proof that they don't care, they're driving their bently's and Mercedes. Let the people who spend 50 for the game then 50 for X box live battle it out over who can cheat first.

seriously, it's a bit of a dissapointment compared to halo 1, but put it this way: it's definitely worth my 50$, because...well...name a better console FPS, pretty please.

and don't come out with timesplitters or killzone because I will club you with this keyboard.
