Why is the 86 RUF BTR the worst handling car in GT5? You need not touch the gas pedal to induce oversteer you just turn in at speed and shazaam OVERSTEER and depending on the tires you run ( I run Sport Hards on all sports cars) you have to feather the throttle the whole track. The Enzo handle better than this car and Ive heard some bad notes on the F60.

Ginetta G4 with full mods! :p

Cizeta V16, Jay Leno Tank Car, Speed 12, Stratos (road and rally), Zonda C12S 7.3 come to mind.

I find the BTR perfectly acceptable to drive, though that may be because I was used to the Yellowbird before hand. I'd say the Alpine A310 is a right hand full on stock rubber: the weight balance probably makes the RUF's look normal by comparison!

I find GSX-R/4 Concept '01 hard to handling for me is the at this moment is the Hardest car to drive

I love both the Alpines ecspecially on dirt tracks

But it's so fun to drive! Always an adventure :dopey:

That and the yellowbird. Driving those cars is a whole other game in itself.

Its a serious nightmare when you get this car in shuffle. But on the plus side, others wont yell at you when you hit them with Cobra, because they know its a Cobra.:sly:

Other than the Ginetta this guy nailed it!

The cobra isn't bad, just takes a good driver to handle it.

Personally I think the veyron is hands-down the WORST handling car in the game, even the Tank Car handles better.

The Stratoses and old Rufs are the most fun cars in the game.

The really hard cars on the other hand are understeering old muscle cars :yuck:

Cizeta V16T.

Got it in a shuffle. Possibly the strangest mix of over and understeer and the result is....... infuriating. :irked:

The Ferrari F40 can be pretty difficult to drive fast. Also the Mclaren MP4-12c is difficult on any tracks with bumps (i.e. most of them).

They're often overlooked as they're mid-engined and fairly well balanced compared to a Yellowbird for example, but they just have trouble putting the power down onto the road, precise throttle and steering inputs are required especially on the more technical or bumpy circuits.

The hardest is probably the Yellowbird. With a good driver at the wheel any car can be tamed, but if your first lap driving it is in a shuffle race, I fear for your competitors into turn 1.

Gillet Vertigo Race Car? Low weight, short wheelbase, high power rwd. I find it quite hard to drive and so did my level 23 Bob!

really? GSX-R/4 is one of my favorite cars in gt5, I have 4 of them now :-/
I say stick with it and give it a chance, once you get used to it you'll love it too, I see it as a mini formula car or a big go kart lol its so versatile tuned or detuned to match competition it can handle most things from around 400 right up to around 600 pp.

The GSX-R/4 is a very good drift car.
If you want, I can give you the settings, then, it's maybe the easiest car to drift.

Try a cerbera speed 12, or a veyron.

Now im assuming your talking about "tuned cars" when your talking about "hard to drive". Almost all non tuned cars with default settings are driveable. Really, Speed 12? Its not that bad, i currently have a tune for it that it only gives a slight understeer, but its driveable; the veyron isnt bad either; just got to know how to tune it. But yes, i do agree though, the veryron and Speed 12 are hard to tune to perfection.

I also agree with the cizeta and would like to add dodge viper team oreca and jaguar J220(might have the name wrong) to the list: these 2 cars are the kings at oversteering. I find the oreca especially impossible to drive

The Super 7 Caterham IMO is a hard to drive car.
It revs so slow so whenever I feel it's starting to slip it doesn't lower it's gears fast enough since the speed isn't fast enough to lose traction but the slow down revving keeps the the wheels spinning and instead initiate a uncontrolled oversteer.
I don't want to change suspension or weight settings to it since it's stock.

your crazy the catherham revs crazy

The TVR Tuscan Speed 6 Race Mod, no matter the suspension, aero and differential settings it just understeers like a derailed fright train on ice. :scared:

And the Ginetta G4 too, but I can deal with oversteer better than with understeer.

Oh, and I don't understand the hate for the Jay Leno Tank car, its actually a decent drift car on ice, lots of fun!

The Yellowbird aka Widow-maker is already mentioned => obvious ;)

Apart from that the FGT is hard to control respectively to drive very fast (after some serious testing and tuning I can but I remember my first laps :D).

Caterham fully tuned is hard to tune correct because maxxed it´s a totally different Car.
I have one stock, one maxxed and one slightly modded (no power//weight changing parts just all others) and the last one is superb.

Vertigo ?? wow that´s one of my fav´s (58.xxx at Rome is quite nice me think). It has wrong stats and because of that everybody think it´s an LMP-ish car but it´s a GT class Car => less Downforce => less cornerspeed.
And due to the power/weight ratio it´s always too fast => brakespot has to move

Give the car some love (time, tune etc) and you´ll be able to control it.
