Has a video game ever made you cry?

Don't think I've ever outright cried for a game, but Mordin's death in Mass Effect 3... **** me sideways, did that hit hard.

Bloodborne. After putting a bowblade through the final bosses' heart, his heart was not the only heart destroyed in that battle.

Does it count when I've become so frustrated about being stuck in a game that I start shedding tears?

I suppose, I remember Paul Dickov ending my run in the League Cup on FIFA as a kid, that was emotional, his surname felt rather apt at the time.

I've never cried over a game but the closest I have came is probably Journey, most games with sad moments have just made me feel gutted rather than upset.

Funny enough just 20 mins ago I played and finished Journey for the first time, and well let's just say it's very apt this thread popped up today The game's landscapes are absolutely superb but it was travelling with your anonymous companion that was the truly beautiful experience for me. Certainly made quite an impact.
