Painfully true. I've also experienced penalties for cutting or ramming when on my own in the middle of the track. I'm also used to receiving cars 60 shuffle bases lower than everyone else's vehicle, and receive the penalty when I'm being used as a cushion for other drivers who's brakes or steering wheel seemed to have failed.

To this day I'm still undecided if Kaz programmed my game specifically to operate like this for sadistic laughs, or whether he's got the FIA's stewarding skills down to perfection.
