I'd actually say it's the most active it's been in a while.
It all depends on which sub-forums you use most though.

Ahhh... I use the gt5 q&a most, and it's pretty slow, and gt5 forum as a whole.

GTP being slow is relative.

It's all about your own participation. If some one can't find threads with subjects that is of some interest, can you argue that GTP is slow for that particular person.
