Has this ever happened to anyone else?

My dad and I replaced my '08 civic's battery yesterday. Today, I noticed that that AC does not turn on AT ALL. IDK if it shorted out or what.

California isn't friendly to non AC cars

Not sure where the fuses for the AC are. I see the fuse box under the hood and the one under the dashboard. But dont know which one belongs to the ac

Read the owners manual. There must be a fuse for the AC.

Does it "turn on" just not ever get cold?

If so, it's probably simply out of refrigerant so the compressor never kicks on. Lots of times it leaks out or something over the winter and people don't realize it because they don't run the a/c.
