Good, they're nice people, they deserve the business. They get almost every game early, often VERY early and sell it immediately, they dont care about release dates there, and its only about 25 mins from me.

Any game I feel like playing early I just go there.

Just an FYI to anyone going to get GT5 early there as soon as they receive it, the parking situation around there is awful. Only street parking, and its VERY crowded around there. I had to drive around for 15 mins last time I was there to get Halo Reach a week before release.

Does Elizabeth get the 3.5% tax? I took the trip and preordered in East Orange but not really fond of the bullet proof vest I need to enter that township.. :banghead:

Hehe, Elizabeth isnt exactly paradise either. I just get in, get my games early, and get the hell out of there.
 
I preorder collector's edition and Japanese GT5 PS3 bundle
but the hight price of Yen will make my preorder become very expensive...:(
 
I preordered in August (I think) and upgraded my preorder to the Signature Edition when it was on Gamestop's computer. :)

yes, i preordered the CE and I will likely preorder another regular copy for a friend (assuming that newegg deal is still on, if not then Costco next, Gamestop third)

haha...at first I thought you preordered January 1, 2009 since over here most persons use MM/DD/YYYY format.
(and I must admit your format (i have seen in most european countries) of DD/MM/YYYY progression makes more sense! LOL)

Yes (CE) and it's the first time I ever pre-ordered a game.

But I figured that since I bought a PS3, a 26" HD monitor, and 2 DFGT wheels specifically for THIS game, it wouldn't make sense to skimp on the game itself. lol
 
Yep pre ordered (and paid in full) the CE bout a week before the delay. Been holding off buying any other games cause they will be dust collectors once GT5 actually lands.

So did I, (but didn't pay in full) thinking at that point it was a safe bet.

The common delay scenario is why I never, ever preorder a game.
So far, I've always been able to get one on the day of release anyway.

Although, assuming its not more BS, the Collectors edition is sold out now at Amazon and Gamestop, the latter being where I ordered mine.

Anyway I have one reserved, when and if its ever released.

Realistically, I think were looking at 2011, but I'd like nothing better than to be wrong.

Yeah,I orded the Sig. Edition when I first heard about it from Game,I also orderd the normal version some time back in 2008 (I think it was september) but I don't think it'll show up as my card expired in june last year.
 
I haven't preordered because I have never had a problem getting something the day it was released. When we get a new release date I will probably look into midnight releases and see if I can get a copy then. If I can't I'll stroll into Best Buy Tuesday morning and get a copy.
 
I preordered the CE from GameStop and i am thinking about preordering a second copy from either ToysRUs or Target based on which one of them offers the 787B.
Other than that, i am completely set for GT5.
 
I pre-ordered once they finally announced the "Nov. 2nd" release date, and the price point so that my money wasn't wrapped up for unholy amounts of time. Full amount paid of course.. But now we just got to wait and see what's going on with official news?
 
Pre-ordered a Collector's Edition at Gamestop in the beginning of September. Glad I did, too, if they're really sold out.

Got hoses by gamestop with my ce pre order so now I have it
Ordered at Hastings a video music store only place I could find still taking ce pre orders

If newegg will offer the 787B i will be like: :drool: and then i will preorder another copy from them :dopey:
 
Pre-order of standard. I never pre-order unless there is a bonus for doing so, otherwise it's pointless. Paid $20 so far.
