ChristmasGTOwell, Kinda, For like a Desktop Image Yes, very well, But in Games its low refresh rate starts to come into play and you get alot of "bluring"
o4shodoHey, I didn't know GT4 really supported 1080i, thats amazing! I have my PS2 hooked up to a Samsung 30" HDTV (similar to Gabkicks). I didn't realize that i had to go into the options to change the setting. Once I selected 1080i and started a race, it looked great!. In all honesty though, I think 480P might be better just because when it is 1080i it looks too much like a PC game. I like a softer look. Either way though, it works great.
Hahahaha @ asshole casserole! Totally original! I totally agree with you, I just bought a 55" mitsu for GT4. GT3 looks awful.WRX02SlownessGT3 looks like asshole-casserole on my 53" Panasonic HDTV.. if it supported 480P/525P then it'd probably look much better.. but at 480i, it looks horrible.
I hope 1080i on GT4 doesn't slow the FPS down too much.. 30 fps is kind of slow for my eyes.
