Ok I know what's happened here, it happed to me. If you have done "improve body rigidity" it makes the Diablo too stiff and therefore no matter how you tune it, it will spin. Noticed that as well on the R8 LMS Ultra
Went to test it at the Nürburgring GT circuit and it would spin under heavy braking on turn 1. I tried upping the front dampers by 1 each, reduced brake balance to 5-1, and raised the nose. I only managed to do a lap while being very conservative on the brakes.

I agree - the Lancia Stratos 15th Aniv. Edition, does the same thing - spins on every corner - tuning / TC /Tires do not help !
