Starmist Blue is a very light blue, too light to be on this car, Im suprised no one mentioned Estoril Blue, This looks exactly like it!

Based on this image...

Sepanblau perleffekt doesn't quite fit to my eyes.

OP guy, be aware this phote is with the Sepia filter.
So the colour blue you're looking for is different that the colour you see here.

Edit: oops !
I made a photo in GT5 and it's not the Sepia filter, it's the 'PARTIAL COLOUR' filter.
Also you need to lower the exposure by the look of this image. I'd guess -1.5 or so (makes surrounding darker).

I know its a BMW Color, but cant remember if you can get it from a premium model, probably one of the Standard E46 M3's or The M coupe

Estoril Blue is a Caterham colour. Estorilblau Metallic, however, is a BMW colour (from the '98 M Coupe). More people should use the Colour Database... that's why I made it ;)

Nope, it's Partial Colour :)

(EDIT) Ah, beaten! ;)

*grin* :)

But it;s even darker, I think this photo is at -4 exposure, judging by the lack of grey in the groundsurface.
